Welcome to Lonsonic.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.lonsonic.com (the “Site”), including your browsing of the Site, purchase of products, creation of an available customer account, communication with customer support, and use of any other services provided through the Site.

Throughout these Terms, “Lonsonic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lonsonic. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Site or purchasing products from us.

By accessing the Site, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or submit an order.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display products, process orders, and operate the Site.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

The Site, customer-account features, checkout process, marketing subscriptions, and customer-support services are intended for use by adults.

By submitting an order or creating an available customer account, you represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

Although some products may be designed or recommended for use by children, purchases should be completed by an adult or by a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a child.

You may not use the Site, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product information clearly and accurately. Depending on the product, information may include:

Product images are provided for general reference. Colors, finishes, textures, dimensions, packaging, and other visual details may appear slightly different because of screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, or product updates.

Customers should review the complete product page, available warnings, age recommendations, dimensions, and included components before placing an order.

If material product information is unclear, please contact us before completing your purchase.

4. Product Safety and Age Guidance

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all product-specific warnings, instructions, age recommendations, assembly directions, and supervision requirements.

A product’s age recommendation relates to use of that product and does not mean that a child may independently use the Site, submit personal information, create an account, or complete a purchase.

Products containing small parts, batteries, magnets, cords, projectiles, electronic components, or other potential hazards should be used only as directed and with appropriate adult supervision.

Customers should discontinue use of a product if it appears damaged, broken, incomplete, or unsafe.

If Lonsonic becomes aware of a relevant product recall or material safety notice, we may contact affected customers using available order information and provide appropriate instructions.

5. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

We may limit product quantities, discontinue products, update product listings, or remove products from the Site at any time.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve that product or guarantee its availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:

  • Contact you with available options
  • Offer an order adjustment
  • Offer an alternative product only with your agreement
  • Cancel the affected product or order
  • Issue an applicable refund to the original payment method

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

6. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly displayed.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice before an order is submitted.

The final amount displayed during checkout may include:

  • The price of the selected products
  • Applicable discounts or promotional adjustments
  • Applicable sales taxes
  • Any other charges clearly disclosed before payment

Lonsonic currently provides free standard shipping on orders placed through the Site unless another shipping arrangement is clearly displayed during checkout.

If a payment account is issued in a currency other than USD, the applicable bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital-wallet provider, or other payment provider may apply its own conversion rate, foreign transaction fee, or processing charge.

Such charges are determined and collected by the applicable financial institution or payment provider and are not controlled by Lonsonic.

7. Pricing, Product, and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, discounts, promotional terms, inventory, taxes, shipping information, images, and other Site content accurate.

However, technical errors, data-entry mistakes, synchronization failures, application errors, or other unintended listing errors may occasionally occur.

Lonsonic may correct a clear and material pricing, product, promotional, inventory, tax, shipping, or listing error at any time before the affected order has shipped.

An automated order confirmation does not require Lonsonic to fulfill an order containing a clear and material error that is identified during reasonable payment, inventory, or order review.

If a material error affects an order before shipment, Lonsonic may:

  • Contact the customer and explain the corrected information
  • Ask whether the customer wishes to proceed under the corrected terms
  • Cancel the affected product or the entire order
  • Issue an applicable refund to the original payment method

Lonsonic will not charge a higher corrected price or collect an additional amount without the customer’s affirmative agreement.

If the customer does not agree to the corrected price or terms, or if we are unable to contact the customer within a reasonable period, we may cancel the affected product or order and refund any captured payment to the original payment method.

If an order is canceled because of a verified listing or pricing error, we will notify the customer by email when possible and process the applicable refund in accordance with our Payment Policy.

Nothing in this section permits Lonsonic to engage in deceptive pricing practices or limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After an order is submitted, an automated order confirmation email will generally be sent to the email address entered during checkout. This confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has completed all payment, inventory, address, pricing, or fraud-prevention reviews.

Lonsonic may review an order for:

  • Payment authorization
  • Product availability
  • Billing and shipping-address accuracy
  • Order quantity
  • Pricing and listing accuracy
  • Fraud prevention and transaction security
  • Compliance with these Terms and our store policies

We may delay, decline, or cancel an order when:

  • Payment cannot be authorized
  • Billing, shipping, or contact information is incomplete or inaccurate
  • The order is flagged by fraud-prevention or payment-security systems
  • The selected product is unavailable
  • A clear and material pricing, product, inventory, promotional, or technical error has occurred
  • We reasonably believe the transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful
  • The order violates these Terms or another published store policy

If an order is canceled, we will notify the customer by email when possible and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

9. Payment Terms

Lonsonic currently accepts the following payment methods where displayed during checkout:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
  • Alternative Payment Method: PayPal

Payment methods may vary depending on location, device, browser, payment account, and other checkout conditions.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to processing and fulfillment.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Lonsonic does not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on its own website or systems.

Additional payment authorization, billing verification, declined-payment, refund, and dispute terms are described in our Payment Policy.

10. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated standard shipping time within the United States is 6–9 business days after processing. The estimated total delivery time for most United States orders is approximately 7–12 business days.

Lonsonic currently provides free standard shipping on orders placed through the Site unless another shipping arrangement is clearly displayed during checkout.

We maintain a reasonable basis for the processing and shipping estimates displayed on the Site. Shipping and delivery times remain estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Public holidays
  • High order volume
  • Customs procedures
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Security or payment review
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If Lonsonic determines that an order cannot be shipped within the time stated at the time of purchase, or within another period required by applicable law, we will notify the customer using the available contact information.

The delay notice will generally include:

  • The reason for the delay, where reasonably available
  • A revised estimated shipment date or shipment period
  • The customer’s option to agree to the revised shipment date
  • The customer’s option to cancel the unshipped product or unshipped portion of the order and receive an applicable refund

If the customer chooses to cancel the unshipped product or order, Lonsonic will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Where applicable law requires the customer’s affirmative consent to a delay and that consent is not received, Lonsonic may cancel the affected unshipped product or order and issue an applicable refund rather than hold the order indefinitely.

A customer will not be required to accept store credit or a gift card instead of an otherwise applicable refund unless the customer expressly agrees to that alternative.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will generally be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking activity may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

11. International Orders

Lonsonic may offer shipping to selected international destinations where available.

International availability, delivery estimates, and shipping options may vary by destination and will be displayed where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, carrier fees, or other destination-related charges imposed by a government authority or third party.

Lonsonic does not control customs processing or fees imposed directly by another country, government authority, carrier, or customs agency.

12. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the applicable product.

For customer-preference returns, products must generally be unused, unassembled, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging, retail or display box, accessories, components, manuals, labels, inserts, and proof of purchase.

For toys and collectibles, original manufacturer packaging, display boxes, internal trays, seals, and included components may form part of the product’s condition and collectible value.

Customers must contact Lonsonic before sending a product back so that we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Lonsonic does not charge a restocking fee.

For a change-of-mind, customer-preference, or incorrect-selection return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product caused by a verified Lonsonic fulfillment issue, we may provide an appropriate return-shipping solution or another reasonable resolution.

Approved refunds are generally initiated by Lonsonic within 1–3 business days and are issued to the original payment method.

Additional posting time may be required by the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital-wallet provider, or other payment provider.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact Lonsonic as soon as possible if they need to correct an address, change an order detail, or request a cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or fulfillment has begun.

If an order has already shipped, it normally cannot be canceled. After delivery, an eligible return may be requested in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If an approved cancellation occurs after payment has been captured, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

14. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available and you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account and devices
  • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you believe your account or order information has been accessed without authorization, contact us at hello@lonsonic.com.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, the Site, or our business from fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

15. Personal Information and Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy includes information concerning:

  • Order and customer-support information
  • Shopify and payment providers
  • Cookies and similar technologies
  • Pinterest and Google advertising tools
  • Privacy rights and requests
  • Sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising choices
  • Children’s privacy
  • International data transfers

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual Property

The Lonsonic name, Site layout, original text, original graphics, logos, design elements, and other content created or owned by Lonsonic are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Lonsonic-owned Site content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Product names, trademarks, artwork, characters, images, logos, and other materials belonging to third-party brands, artists, designers, manufacturers, or licensors remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party names or marks are used to identify applicable products and do not necessarily indicate that Lonsonic owns those rights or has a broader affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact us with sufficient information to identify the content and explain your claim.

17. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a public product review, comment, photograph, or other content for publication on the Site, you grant Lonsonic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that submission for operating, promoting, and improving the Site and our products, subject to applicable law.

You retain any ownership rights you otherwise hold in your submission.

You represent that:

  • Your submission is accurate and based on your genuine experience
  • You have the right to submit the content
  • The submission does not infringe another party’s rights
  • The submission does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or harmful material
  • The submission does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

Lonsonic may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our review standards.

Photographs, identification documents, or other materials supplied privately for customer support, fraud review, returns, or refunds will not be treated as public marketing content solely because they were submitted to customer support.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use a payment method without authorization
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with Site security, functionality, checkout, or normal operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or collect Site or customer data without authorization
  • Use automated systems to place abusive orders or disrupt inventory
  • Submit fraudulent returns, substitute products, or misuse refund processes
  • Infringe Lonsonic’s rights or the rights of another party
  • Use the Site for spam, abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or continued access presents a security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

19. Third-Party Tools, Services, and Links

The Site may provide access to services, links, applications, payment methods, social platforms, advertising tools, or other features operated by third parties.

Third-party services may include Shopify, PayPal, payment networks, shipping carriers, Pinterest, Google, and other providers.

Lonsonic does not control every aspect of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, security, content, or actions.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily represent an endorsement.

20. Site Availability

We work to maintain a reliable and secure Site, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

The Site may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance or updates
  • Technical failures
  • Hosting or platform interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Network or carrier failures
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Site features when reasonably necessary.

21. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces a consumer right, statutory warranty, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If mandatory consumer-protection law provides you with greater rights than these Terms, the applicable mandatory law will control to the extent required.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Every technical issue will be corrected immediately
  • All non-material Site information will remain current at every moment
  • Third-party tools or services will always be available

Product warranties, if any, will be those expressly stated on the applicable product page, provided by the applicable manufacturer, or required by law.

This section does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lonsonic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Site or purchase of a product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lonsonic’s aggregate liability for a claim directly related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to Lonsonic for the product giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including where applicable in cases involving:

  • Fraud or intentional misconduct
  • Gross negligence
  • Death or personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct
  • Mandatory product-liability obligations
  • Non-waivable consumer rights

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Site, fraudulent activity, infringement of another party’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Lonsonic for Lonsonic’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of mandatory consumer-protection law.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and disputes concerning the Site or an order will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.

Where legally permitted, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in or serving Brooklyn, New York (Kings County).

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from:

  • Exercising mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law
  • Submitting a complaint to an applicable government or regulatory authority
  • Using an available small-claims process
  • Bringing a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law does not permit the stated governing-law or forum provision

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact Lonsonic so that we can attempt to review and resolve the concern.

26. Termination and Suspension

These Terms remain effective while you access or use the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access to customer-account features or the Site when we reasonably believe that a person has:

  • Violated these Terms
  • Engaged in fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Created a security or operational risk
  • Used the Site in an unlawful, abusive, or harmful manner

Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, refunds, returns, disputes, or liabilities that arose before termination.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

28. Waiver

If Lonsonic does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a permanent waiver of the provision or our right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be express and apply only to the specific matter for which it is given.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and notices referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and Lonsonic concerning use of the Site and purchases made through it.

If a product page, checkout disclosure, or specific written agreement contains terms that apply only to a particular product or transaction, those specific terms will apply to that product or transaction to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory law.

30. Changes to These Terms

Lonsonic may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, technologies, payment methods, business operations, legal obligations, or store policies.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, changes will apply prospectively after the revised Terms become effective.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
